New clients will begin with a Therapeutic Yoga Evaluation during which a whole-body assessment will be completed. This evaluation will give us the information needed to formulate a specialized Yoga PT program for you. A typical session might include manual techniques to address tight or painful tissues, yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness. No matter your age or ability, we will formulate a program to help you reach your goals.
