How does it work?

It’s as easy as selecting your treatment and scheduling your appointment online. Choose your appointment location and enter your billing information. We will call you for a brief consultation and to confirm your appointment. Our Doctor in Physical Therapy arrives at the scheduled time to help you reach your wellness & recovery goals. You relax in the privacy of your home, office, or hotel. 

Who can get Wellness & Recovery Services?

Almost anyone. Each Wellness & Recovery service is performed by a highly qualified Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). Our team of DPT’s offer extensive knowledge and a vast variety of alternative treatments that are safe, effective and great when combined as a treatment plan. We help individuals of all types and ages meet their personal health, wellness and recovery goals.

What cities and towns do you serve?

We offer services to Greater Boston and beyond including the following areas, cities and town: Boston (Back Bay, South End, North End, South Boston, Beacon Hill, West End, Seaport District, Kenmore Square, Brookline, Brighton, Allston, Roslindale, Dorchester, Roxbury), Charlestown, Milton, Quincy (Marina Bay), Watertown, Belmont, Waltham, Newton, Wellesley, Natick, Nonantum, Lexington, Concord, Winchester, Stoneham, Woburn, Melrose, Cambridge, Somerville, Everett, Malden, Revere.

What Type of Space Do I Need? Do I Need Equipment?

All that is needed is a quiet, private space with enough room for a folding treatment table.  You do not need any equipment, but if you have access to fitness equipment we can use it.  Each therapist will have access to a mobile treatment table, exercise bands, basic medical equipment, and any other equipment needed based on your diagnosis. 

What are the benefits of Cash-Based Services?

We eliminate the barrier of insurance so the therapist can focus on what truly matters, YOU! Today’s Physical Therapists are often double booked and spend endless time submitting paperwork to insurance. With high deductibles and high co-pays becoming the norm, cash-based PT may actually save you time and money. Or, perhaps you are interested in fitness or wellness services from a highly qualified Doctor of Physical Therapy. We make it easy by focusing on high quality, one-on-one therapies that last up to a full 60 minutes. This quality time will help you get better, faster! 

Do You Accept Health Insurance?

We do not accept any insurance for PT services. This allows us to provide the highest quality of care to our patient’s without any restrictions that insurance companies may dictate. Unfortunately insurance companies do not always put your needs first, but we will!

Your insurance may cover out-of-network Physical Therapy. If this is the case, we can provide you with an invoice and form that allows you to submit a claim to your insurance company. Most patients receive 50-80% reimbursement after their out-of-network deductible has been met. What About Medicare?

Unfortunately, HP Legacy Care Group does not participate in Medicare. Therefore, we cannot provide “normally covered services” to Medicare Beneficiaries. We are, however, able to treat Medicare patients if you are not using your Medicare benefits or if you are receiving services that are not normally covered like “wellness” or “fitness” services.
