Questions about LCG Boston‘s Private Nursing services? We’ve got answers! Don’t see your question below? Drop us a line.
It’s as easy as scheduling a consultation. We work with you to share and gather information, identify clinical needs and help suggest an appropriate level of support – up to 24 hours daily. If our service is not a good fit, we let you know. More often than not, our highly qualified team of Registered Nurses (RN) are able to provide support for even the most complex care situations. If you sign on to services, our team will call to confirm your request and the assigned RN’s. Our RN’s will clock in and out for their shifts. You relax in the privacy of your home, office, or hotel.
Almost anyone. We serve all types of individuals over the age of 18. Our team consists of Registered Nurses (RN) who have a background in emergency medicine, the intensive care unit or complex care management. You receive one-on-one personalized support, continuous expertise, reassessment and hands on care specific to your clinical need or medical condition.

Our team is here for you! A 2 hour minimum charge exists for short nursing visits and our team can provide clinical care and support for up to 24 hours daily. A first hour convenience fee does exist on shifts 4 hours or less. We can often begin providing support the same day or within 24 hours of signing on with our team.
We provide proper personal protective equipment to maintain the safety of the RN and patient. You are responsible for having the proper medical supplies and equipment required for your specific clinical need or medical condition (i.e. wound care, home infusion support, tube feedings, injections, medications and much more).
Yes. A Registered Nurse can assist in administering all types of medications and treatments so long as we can confirm the doctor’s order and prescription details.
We accept payment from HSA cards, FSA cards, and directly from our clients. For those who have a private long-term insurance plan, you may be able to obtain reimbursement. Otherwise, standard insurance plans and Medicare do not cover continuous nursing support for even the most complex care situations. If you have a private long-term care plan, we will provide all invoices and clinical notes needed for you to request reimbursement.
LCG Boston does not participate in Medicare. We are, however, able to provide private support to Medicare patients who are recovering or would like to remain in the comfort of home.
